Who runs this site

This is the personal portfolio of Zaira Christa, London, United Kingdom. Email: zcbarakat@gmail.com.

Copyright

Unless it says otherwise, everything on this site is © Zaira Christa, all rights reserved. That covers the writing, design, layout, code, illustrations, photographs and the content of the work presentations. You're welcome to look, share the link, and quote a short extract with credit. Please don't copy, republish, scrape, train a model on, or pass off any of it as your own without asking me first.

Work shown in the portfolio may have been made for or with clients or collaborators. Where that's the case, their names, logos and brand assets belong to them and appear only to show what I did.

Other people's names and marks

The Finder window, dock icons and presentation files on the Work page are playful nods to everyday software. They are my own drawings and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple, Microsoft or anyone else. Product and company names mentioned (Adobe Illustrator, JSTOR, PowerPoint, Spotify and so on) belong to their owners.

The song played by the sun button belongs to its artist and rights holders. It's played through Spotify's official embedded player, and nothing is copied or hosted on this site.

Using the site

The site is provided as is. I try to keep it accurate and working, but I can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and I'm not liable for losses arising from using it, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't legally be limited.

The "character sheet", stat bars and the rest of the humour are jokes. The facts about my work and experience are meant seriously.

Links

This site uses Spotify's player, and any other site I link to is run by someone else. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content or how they treat your data.

Emailing me

If you send me an email, what happens to it is described in the privacy page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you're a consumer in another part of the UK, you keep any rights you have to go to your local courts.

Changes

I may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
